Contact - Steve's Bees

I understand that if I am reporting a Bee Problem then Steve's Bees can only remove Honeybee Swarms. Should I request that Steve's Bees personnel attend my property, and the Bees in question turn out not to be Honeybees, then I accept that there is a £40 call out fee and Steve's Bees personnel cannot remove the Bees or give any advice.
