Transfering an Observation Hive to a Full Hive

I always think that one of the major parts of Beekeeping these days is educating the public. Today I was invited to The Forge on Norton Green to talk to the residents of Norton about Bees. We took an Observation Hive full of Honeybees which always attracts the Public and we get loads of questions which we are happy to answer. We had a very enjoyable day talking to the Public. One of the questions I get asked is what happens to the Bees in the Observation Hive at the end of the day. So I thought I’d do a little video.
