Steve's Bees
Hello
We frequently get call from the general public asking if we can remove colonies of Honey Bees from building. The answer as always with Bees is it depends.
To be able to advise people properly we have put together some question so that we may understand the situation.

Pictures should clearly show location of colony, height of colony, area below the colony so we know if there is room to erect scaffolding. As many picture as possible.

We will only remove colonies during these months as we have to put the welfare of the Bees before the welfare of the home owner.

This will give us some idea of how large the colony will be.

I understand as property owner that as part of the colony removal process Steve's Bees will need to be able to easily and safely access the colony. This will require some demolition work and that if the colony is at height we will for safety reason need scaffolding.
At Steve's Bees we cannot do the Demolition or Rebuilding work.
As the property owner I understand that I will have to employ a suitably qualified person to perform the initial demolition, provide the scaffolding, and carry out any subsequent rebuilding work.
